When your business is focused around selling time, efficiency is key. An example close to Mike's heart was helping a business owner understand where all his time was going, but more to that, the value of that time. In today's world, it is so easy to be a "busy fool" with so many distractions present - keep focused and have some targets you work today. Understanding how many hours you need to "sell" is important to set these targets, even if they are not perfectly calculated...
