Award-winning super food brand Creative Nature launches their new chocolate cake baking mix into Tesco

Award-winning free from brand, Creative Nature, specialising n allergen free snacks, mixes and superfoods, has today launched a new free-from Cacao Rich Chocolate Cake Baking Mix into Tesco.

The new Cacao Rich Chocolate Cake Baking Mix is the fifth baking mix offered by Creative Nature. The others are: a chocolate brownie bake; a chocolate chip muffin mix; a chia & mulberry muffin mix and a banana bread mix. 

Julianne Ponan, Creative Nature’s CEO, said: “We are so thrilled to introduce this new baking mix to our family of products just in time for Christmas.  Often this time of year really makes those with food allergies or insensitivities feel isolated as so much focus is on food and drink. With this new product, as with our other choices, anyone can easily make a chocolate cake which is tasty, healthy and safe to eat. The mix is also vegan friendly.” 

The company is already well established in the ‘free from’ food market. In 2018 the company won the national title of Small Business of the Year (FSB) and its snack bars have won more Great Taste Gold Stars than any other cold-pressed range. Major retail brands such as Asda, the Co-op and Sainsbury’s already stock their products. The team also exports to 11 countries worldwide. 

Their new Cacao Rich Chocolate Baking Mix will be available in Tesco stores from Sunday November 24 and are also available by ordering online via the company’s website.

Originally creating the recipes from her home kitchen, owner Julianne Ponan was drawn to making her own healthy snacks out of frustration at the lack of nut-free products in the market that weren’t packed with additives – or were tasteless. As a sufferer of anaphylaxis to all nuts, some seeds and certain additives, the best way forward was to create her own.
