BURN-OUT SPECIALIST NAMED AS FINALIST IN THE WOMEN IN BUSINESS AWARDS 2022
Kelly Swingler, an executive coach for professional women, has been named as a finalist for the ninth annual Women’s Business Club Awards 2022.
The awards acknowledge and celebrate women’s professional achievements and were open to all women entrepreneurs, executives and employees across the UK.
With over 20 categories including Businesswoman of the Year, Employer of the Year and Diversity & Inclusion Award, there is even a Man of the Year Award to honour the men who support women in their business or career.
“I have been nominated for the Women’s Champion Award for my work at Kelly Swingler Limited and I am alongside some very inspirational women,” said Kelly.
Winners of the Women’s Business Awards will be chosen via a voting system as well as via a panel of judges.
Angela De Souza, CEO and founder of Women’s Business Club said: “This is going to be the highlight of our year and we are so excited to be able to celebrate some of the most amazing and inspirational women in business in the UK.”
Angela will also be the headline speaker at the online presentation event on December 8 2022.
Kelly will also be chairing a virtual round table event next month for the organisation.
“I’m really excited about doing this especially as I’ll be talking about ‘From Burnout to Balance’ – one of my most popular keynotes.”
During her talk, Kelly will share her own personal experience of burn out and how this led her to create the world’s first Wellbeing for HR Programme. Kelly is in no doubt that, in the post-pandemic working environment, the priority for professional women and business teams this year has to be wellbeing – spiritual, emotional, mental, physical and financial wellbeing.
This year’s awards are sponsored by XERO, an online accounting software platform for small and medium-sized businesses and are judged by distinguished business leaders from across the country.
