Caroline Peyton of Peyton Principles is talking all things 2024!
January is well under way and we’ve been talking to small business owners about their plans for 2024 and beyond.
Today we’re talking to Caroline Peyton of Peyton Principles. Caroline is a nutritionist, naturopath and gut health expert helping those who suffer with unresolved digestive and gut symptoms to finally find relief.
Caroline provides workshops to employers to fuel a high performance wellness culture and is based in Swindon and the Cotswolds but can also work online globally.
What big things are you looking forward to in 2024?
I am looking forward to completing my book. I’ve said it now so I’d better get a move on! It has been germinating in my mind for several years and I really want to write about Naturopathy and what it means to live a healthy life.
I shall also be launching my Nutrition Life Stories podcast later this month.
Can you share your business ethics for 2024? How do you want your brand to come across?
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and I give a lot of information across my social media platforms and my YouTube Channel Peyton Principles Natural Health. I believe that access to health information is essential to help people take back control of their health.
What are you planning to do differently, or better, in 2024?
I hope to create a better structure to my working week so that I can achieve a better work/life balance.
I also aim to deliver more wellbeing initiatives into the corporate space.
What are you doing for charity or community this year?
I intend to raise money for my charity of choice The Churn Project of Cirencester, supporting those who are more vulnerable and isolated in society https://www.churnproject.org.uk/
I started fundraising in 2021 during their 20th anniversary year achieving my goal of £1000 with a further £500 in 2022. I had a pause last year but will be back fundraising this year!
This year will be a big year of sport – most notably the Olympics and Paralympics. If you enjoy these events can you name those moments you watched/experienced which have stayed with you? Why?
As an equestrian fan (and horse owner) the achievement of the British dressage team at London 2012 was incredible: team and individual gold. If you know anything about dressage you will know that Britain really struggled historically to win on the global stage. I am also proud that Great Britain has lead the way in paradressage.
Any special offers for January or February 2024 you’d like to mention?
On February 28th I shall be holding my 4th Ladies Luxury Retreat Day at the stunning Cotswold Park Barns. The theme is Spring Renewal and detoxification. It will be a glorious day for ladies to come together to recharge the mind and rejuvenate the body for the year ahead, ending the day with a crystal bowl sound bath.

Anything else you’d like to say?
I wish everyone a truly healthy year ahead. It’s about the consistent small changes not the drastic resolutions that have the lasting impact on health.
