ALLERGY-FREE BRAND, CREATIVE NATURE, WELCOMES NEW RECRUIT

Allergy-free food company, Creative Nature, has recruited 19 year old Ryan Scott on an apprenticeship to be a store and warehouse operative.

He said: “I love it here. The people and atmosphere are not only fun, but productive and supportive. I feel good working for a company that cares so much for the wellbeing of allergy sufferers and provides healthy, nutritional snacks and baking mixes that are available to everyone.”

Creative Nature also provides ‘free from’ bars, sweet treats and super-foods, which are free from the top 14 allergens and are vegan friendly and nutritious. The company has won numerous awards for both its products and the performance of its team. CEO, Julianne Ponan, who founded Creative Nature when she was just 22, has also been named as one of the Forbes 30 Under 30 to watch.

Julianne said: “We’re delighted to have Ryan as part of our growing team and embarking on an apprenticeship training scheme with us. Ryan is already showing his commitment to the company by his willingness and eagerness to learn.”

Ryan’s long term vision with the innovative company is to increase his knowledge of procedures in Creative Nature’s warehouse in order to improve his ability to work accurately and efficiently. He explained: “I hope to achieve this by focussing not only on what I am doing, but why I am doing it and its effect on the business as a whole.”

Ryan, who went to school at Esher High School in Surrey, previously worked as a gardener for family and friends. Outside of work, his main hobby is gaming, but he also enjoys surfing and mountain biking. His extraordinary claim to fame is that he believes he is a distant relative of Queen Anne Boleyn!

He said: “I have been told that this shows up in my family tree, but I haven’t actually seen it yet. It will be extremely exciting to find out more.”

One of the biggest challenges facing society at the moment, Ryan believes, is pollution and global warming and he said: “Creative Nature supports sustainable sourcing, packaging and manufacture. That is so important to me that I just had to be a part of this ethical company.”

Going from strength to strength, Creative Nature products are now available in top supermarkets such as Sainsbury’s, Ocado, Co-Op and Asda; High Street retailers like TK MaxX and in many more independent high-end health-conscious stores such as The Natural Kitchen and Sourced Market. All products are also available online.

The company has previously been named UK Small Business of the Year and Julianne herself was named as one of the Forbes 30 Under 30 to watch in 2019. For more information visit https://www.creativenaturesuperfoods.co.uk
