For many, 2020 was a year to forget and was like no year we could have predicted.

As we welcomed 2021, we also see the country entering another lockdown which we are sure will have another knock-on effect to people’s confidence, more uncertainty and more wondering when we will experience some normal again.

Whilst this is true, we at Responsive Personnel are seeing positive moves across our perms division with 5 new roles being taken in the first week of this year and another 3 today which isn’t a bad start to our year. 

Companies are focusing more now than ever on the service levels they can deliver to the existing business to ensure it is safeguarded for the future and the foundations their business is built on are secure.

A number of the roles that we are working on are bridging the gap between the sales focused roles to gain new business and more service driven roles to ensure customers are looked after and receive the service they require.

• Do companies do enough for their customers?
• Are they aware of the reasonings behind needing that service that’s being provided?
• Do we fall into the trap of believing “they won’t go elsewhere”?
• How strong are our business relationships?
• Do they still stay loyal because of the service – the quality of delivery – that personal touch – the box of chocolates and bottle of bubbly at Christmas????
