Your Total Guide To Business

Bowman House (Business Sponsor)
Louise Muir-Sage

Louise Muir Sage, of Wellness Wiltshire, is sharing her summer plans!

It’s June already and we’re half way through the year – it’s also officially the first month of summer and the weather is heating up!

Today we’re talking to Louise Muir-Sage, a weight loss and addiction coach and reiki practitioner. Louise owns Wellness Wiltshire where she supports people with their relationships with food and alcohol to create the necessary changes to their habits that lead to a balanced life.

JUNE is the first month of summer. What will you be doing this summer in your business?
July will see the launch of my in-person group weight loss support group, Balance & Nourish. I’m excited to be able to support people in their journey!

What are your personal plans for summer activities if you feel happy to share?
With the warmer weather I'm likely to spend more time on my favourite hobbies, fishing!

June is often associated in nature with growth and abundance. What are your plans for growth in your business this year?
As my business expands into a new field, I am spending time on self-development and learning, especially around crystals. I already use these in my reiki and meditation sessions but soon clients, current and new will be able to learn more about crystals, what they do, how they work and how to use them.

As we hit this midpoint of 2024, which one business has really supported or helped you over the last quarter?
I've been very fortunate to work with incredible people in the past 6 months. I do have to mention Fiona Scott of Scott Media. She has been a fantastic support to me both in business and outside of it. She has definitely kept me grounded when needed.

Have you got any events planned for the coming months which you’d like to mention?
Over the coming months I have my weight loss support groups opening in Royal Wootton Bassett, monthly meditation sessions and continue to work on a one-to-one basis with new and existing clients. August is due to host something special, but I'm still at the planning stage right now.

June 30 is Social Media Day. What does social media mean to you and your business? What are your favourite social media platforms?
Social media is vital to my business it's a great way to connect with the community in which i work. I use Facebook the most but have recently spent time with Helen Morgan a social media specialist, to help me get to grips with Instagram and how I can better use this in business.

We now have a general election coming up in July? What would you like to see from that ‘event’ to support you personally or your business or both?
A change, a drastic change. I'm not entirely sure what that might be, I do know that the cost of living has had an immense impact on myself mentally, it would just be nice to not need to worry about bills rising.

Have you got any summer services or special offers you’d like to mention?
I continue to offer a free Facebook support group, Empowering Wellness by Wellness Wiltshire, I have my new weight loss group starting and my monthly meditations are also available to book, all details can be found on my website.

Anything else you’d like to say?
If you are looking to change your relationship with food instead of focusing on weight loss, I would love you to book a free discovery call with me.
