Matthew Hastie joins C&D Group as Sales Director

Matthew Hastie has been appointed Sales Director of C&D Group to drive sustained growth through 2017 and into the future.

In the past year, owner Karen Davison-Renouf has overseen the purchase of three new business properties in Wiltshire, the adoption of an inbound marketing strategy, a new cloud CRM software system and newly launched recruitment website. Matthew, or Matt as he is known by clients and colleagues, is highly experienced at recruitment boardroom level negotiations, tendering and delivery.  Matt has very quickly presented his sales vision for the next three years to the enthusiastic support of everyone at C&D.

Laying out ambitious targets for the new Sales Transformation Process, Matt is confident in C&D’s ability to focus the company’s sales on key growth areas utilising the strengths of C&D Group.

“Over the next three months, we will see a team effort to drive us out of any comfort zones and way up into the blue.  Expect to see a definite spike in growth and revenue driven by the delivery of the right recruitment solutions and the perfect candidate experience.”
