Tell us a little bit about yourself…
Hi, I am Jenna Baldwin, a Mum, a partner and Business Manager at Responsive Personnel. After working for myself and overseeing other peoples businesses I was approached to join RP towards the back end of 2022 and its been a positive journey so far.
What is your role at Responsive Personnel?
As the Business Manager I oversee the day to day running of the business, managaing our fantastic team and ensuring our service levels are the best solution across our client base. Liaising with clients on a regular basis to ensure we are well placed in supporting their recruitment needs.
2023 has seen positive growth and we have some exciting plans that we will be looking to implement over the coming 6 months. The team are engaging in what is asked of them and results are showcasing this.

Informative, reliable, accomadating - we listen to both our clients and candidates to find the best fit for all. We are visible when our clients need us and a lot of work is done behind the scences sourcing candidates and identifyting suitable roles for them.
Working within a fast paced environment means we need to be alert and solutions driven 24/7 and our clients appreciate this.

RP offers recruitment solutions across the Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality sectors – our client base is varied but it keep us on our toes. By offering both temporary and permanent solutions we can assist with short term needs or headhunt for a key addition to your team.
