Paul Devlin's Universe - Summer Q&A 2021

It’s June already and we’re half way through the year – it’s also officially the first month of summer, and what a glorious weekend we've just had!

Let's continue to celebrate the fantastic business owners we have in our region and beyond. Today we're talking to Paul Devlin of Paul Devlin’s Universe who works with individuals and business owners to clear negative energies in and around people and their business spaces. Paul is an ordained Buddhist priest, exorcist and holistic therapist based in Swindon and working all over the South West & South East.

JUNE is the first month of summer – what will you be doing this summer in your business?

I will be recording an audio book ”From Orb to Exorcist” about my life's work.

I'll also be promoting my business to those who may not automatically think they may need my help. My role has always been to educate and help those who wish to listen and to let them know it is all right to reach out. People are often pretty desperate when they contact me - I'm often the last port of call in a storm.

What are your personal plans for summer activities?

Days out with loved ones is always a thing I enjoy as it's all about building memories for the family.

Does June hold any particular significance for you?

June has a special part in my heart as it was the month I started Paul Devlin's Universe and left full time employment working for someone else for good!

June is National Smile Month. With that in mind, what things in your business/organisation/role make you smile?

1) When people tell you that you have really helped change their mind set.

2) It makes me smile knowing how grateful I am to do this job.

3) It makes me smile when you see a business grow from guidance from heart-centred and ethical professionals.

Are there any things in business generally which make you ‘less smiley’ ?

I do struggle with admin and organisation skills, I am dyslexic and have autism. That can make running a business hard sometimes.

For example I cannot just reply straight away in an email I have to get it checked and that that does make me less smiley!

Saying that I do have some amazing people who support me when needed.

June is often associated in nature with growth and abundance – what are your plans for growth in your business/organisation/role this year?

I plan to offer more Buddhist business blessings. As an Ordained Buddhist Priest I have found positive blessings on business premises and businesses are growing quickly.

As we come out of Covid19 people want new starts and new energy and these blessings give you that new lease of energy.

For myself I want to get back to my fencing, a form of sword combat.

As we hit this midpoint in 2021 and we’re still coming out of the pandemic – which one business has really supported or helped you over the last quarter?

I would say Fiona Scott (Scott Media) and Samantha Jayne (Need A Psychic) they have been brilliant with me. I can be frustrated sometimes. They have shown me kindness and compassion.

Without them I would be a lot further back in my journey then I am now so to them I say 'thank you'.

Have you got any events planned for the coming months which you’d like to mention – where you and/or your business will take a leading role?

My podcast releases are the thing I am very proud of at the moment “The day the exorcist called” It gives a clear look into my work.

As I mentioned before, my audiobook is called “From Orb to Exorcist” which is in production now.

I am also planning a series of online and ticketed events to talk about my work as an exorcist which I am very excited about planning.

Have you got any summer services or special offers you’d like to mention?
