Meet the Finance Team at C&D
Whilst there is a lot to be said about the specialist recruiters and their successes, there is an unremarked upon jewel in the C&D portfolio of business solutions. That jewel is the C&D Finance Team.
A results-oriented group of committed professionals who strive to deliver a high-quality service, which is at the heart of C&D's business protocols. This dedicated team provides a vital element of the C&D delivery process and is always there to assist both colleague and client alike.
The team is led by Financial Officer, Clare Oakford, who has been a part of the C&D team for fourteen years. Clare brings a rare and extensive level of experience into the business portfolio, having previously worked in practice and then in a production environment. Clare is a qualified Certified Accountant and gained her CertRP Qualification in Recruitment Practice 18 months ago. But, every good leader needs a solid and dependable team to work with and C&D are indeed fortunate to have this in place. The team comprises of:
Dean Styles. Dean has been with C&D for 8 years, having previously headed up the accounts team in a local print company. Dean has also gained his CertRP qualification in Recruitment Practice.
Hannah Ingram. Hannah joined C&D a year ago having previously worked in the Hotel industry and is currently studying towards her AAT qualification.
And finally, but no means least, Lucy Ingram. Lucy joined C&D 6 months ago having previously taught pre-school gymnastics.
There are also two part-time members of the team, Sandra Davison, she assists the team with all the vital administration tasks, and Bryony Bodmin who is currently at university and works for C&D during all the holiday periods covering team members on leave and assisting in peak periods.
As a vibrant and close-knit team, with a variety of experience and knowledge, they provide essential national support to all of C&D’s Recruitment Centres as well as to the C&D Group HQ. They are committed to providing service excellence to all C&D valued clients and ensure that our many hardworking temporary staff and contractors receive accurate weekly wages and payments.
In January 2016, the Finance Team moved from Swindon’s town centre to spacious corporate offices on the outskirts of Swindon. This is a strategic move that will enable the Finance Team to now expand their portfolio of services and offer bespoke business services solutions such as Outsourced Payroll Services and Tailored Reporting and SLA’s.

We pride ourselves on our integrity and our approach to getting it right first time. One of the biggest issues that surround Recruitment Agencies is that their payroll delivery is flawed. That certainly doesn’t happen at C&D. On the odd occasion where we get it wrong, we will work tirelessly to make sure no one is ever left hanging on for their money. The last thing we want is someone struggling to live!
