Why apprenticeships should be a key part of your recruitment and training strategy, helping to drive the success and competitiveness of your business.
Whether you’re looking to recruit new talent into your organisation, or ‘upskill’ your existing staff, Apprenticeships are a great way to develop your workforce and help fill any skills gaps across your organisation.
PLUS – If your wage bill is in excess of £3million then you’re paying for apprenticeships via the Levy anyway, so you may as well benefit from them!
