New Recruitment Centre, Head Office and London Base for C&D Group Ltd

REC accredited recruitment business, C&D Group Ltd, is expanding its presence in Swindon and London.

The Swindon C&D Recruitment Centre will be in purpose fitted premises on the corner of Havelock Street and Commercial Road in the heart of the Swindon town centre. C&D’s specialist recruitment divisions, payroll service and head office are relocating to a stunning, self-contained executive complex at Copse Farm in South Marston Park.  The property deals have been concluded and the new premises will be open for business late 2015.

C&D, established in 1996 by Managing Director Karen Davison, has grown year on year, with exceptional growth in the last three years, and will be celebrating 20 years of business in 2016. 

Commenting on the expansion Karen said, “There has been an exhaustive debate on the pros and cons of recruiting in the town centre, versus one of the busy business parks. With the increase in access to technology our candidates will now have multiple ways to apply for roles.  They have a choice of coming into our central C&D Recruitment Centre, booking an appointment, attending a C&D / Client Career Day or registering and applying online. We are also delighted to announce, as a feedback rich company, that we have taken this opportunity to open on Saturdays as requested by many of our candidates”.

C&D is a generalist recruitment company able to offer permanent, temporary and contract placements in a variety of business sectors, with sector specialist recruitment divisions working in the technical, engineering, rail, automotive and IT markets.  C&D currently employ more than 25 permanent consultants and have plans to take on more recruitment professionals in the near future. 

C&D’s client base spans international blue chip clients as well as micro-businesses in the South West, London and Midlands areas. South Marston Park is a prime business location on the north east of Swindon and lies at the heart of Swindon’s manufacturing sector.  Tenants are a wide mix of manufacturing, logistics, engineering and consultancies among others.
