NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST RAISES EVEN MORE MONEY FOR COMMUNITY CHARITY
Caroline Peyton, the qualified nutritional therapist and naturopath behind Peyton Principles, has raised even more money with an online health and wellbeing auction with 100% of the proceeds going to Cirencester’s The Churn Project.
Last year, Caroline donated £1,000 to The Churn Project, raised through various activities such as running online programmes where a portion of the fee was donated to the charity and her 2021 online auction, which raised £400.
Caroline is thrilled to have exceeded last year’s online auction total and, this year, has raised £527 which will be donated to the Cirencester charity.
Caroline said: “I am so pleased to have raised so much for such a great cause. The Churn Project helps many people in the Cotswolds community supporting the most vulnerable and marginalised people in the Cirencester area and aiming to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing.”
The total retail value of the 14 lots in the online auction was over £800 and were products or services donated by high-quality companies that Caroline has regularly used and recommended in her clinical practice and for which she can personally vouch.
The auction lots included nutritional supplements; ‘superfood’ powders; gut-supporting therapeutics; first-rate food intolerance test for ages 2+ testing over 200 foods; organic food box; organic skincare; Thai massage voucher and more!
Caroline is a founder member of the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA) – a professional association for nutritional therapists. She graduated with a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy in 2009, before setting up her own practice a year later.
Caroline runs clinics in the Cotswolds, Swindon’s Old Town as well as working with many clients online. She helps individuals improve their health and wellbeing (with a strong emphasis on digestive gut health) through personalised programmes focused on their diet and lifestyle.
“Living locally, I was keen to support a local charity and give something back to the community that my business serves,” explained Caroline. “I would like to sincerely thank my clients for their support with my online auction fundraiser.”
