Rays Ice Cream in Royal Wootton Bassett celebrates NVQ success
The team at Rays Ice Cream in Royal Wootton Bassett are celebrating the achievement of their supervisor Claire Brice who has recently passed her City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service.
The qualification, studied remotely as part of the apprenticeship scheme, was the result of 18 months of hard work by Claire who undertook online research and assessments as well as numerous assessments whilst at work.
“I left school in 2012 and went on to get a diploma in media makeup from Swindon College. Since then I have worked in various customer service roles and found it’s something I really enjoy doing. I love working at Rays, particularly spending time with the customers so getting this qualification in something I love is fantastic.’"
Rays Ice Cream opened their shop in Royal Wootton Bassett in May 2017 on Potters Walk which is just off the High Street, behind Boots.
