And the team at Rombourne also hope their new video – which features their building, Kingston House, based just off the M4 at junction 16 – will reassure business people who are trying to minimise face to face meetings during the pandemic.
Try It Out For Yourself
Danielle Mottram, manager at Rombourne, says launching the 3D video is timely, against a backdrop of Coronavirus.
“We were always planning to create a 3D video to give people a really comprehensive view of our fantastic facilities and we are getting new enquiries all the time, from businesses looking to relocate,” she said. “But the video will also be helpful for people who are being cautious. Although we have very strict Covid secure rules in Kingston House, this does mean that those who are at the stage of shopping around for offices can view the 3D video instead of visiting, if they prefer.”
The video explores every aspect of Kingston House’s three floors, including the recently refurbished top floor. It allows the viewer a virtual walk through of the building and of the office suites – which range from two desks upwards – as well as all the other facilities, including kitchens, boardroom and breakout areas. It also offers bird’s eye and dolls’ house angles, as well as 360 degree views.
Danielle added: “The video is going down well with people enquiring about new office space. In fact having seen it they are now more keen to come along and view for themselves.”
The video comes hot on the heels of our recent £150,000 refurbishment of the top floor of Kinston House, which was redesigned from open plan to modular format for businesses ranging in size from two to 40 people.
