Team at The HR Dept celebrate major milestone

Peter Jones and his team at The HR Dept Swindon, North Wiltshire, and East Cotswolds are celebrating 15 years in business.

Since its start in 2009, the HR consulting company has grown from a solo operation into a team of 17 HR professionals, providing critical support to hundreds of clients.

The company offers hands-on HR services, helping business owners save time and money, while tackling their people management challenges effectively.

Jones also took the opportunity to thank his colleagues and long-standing clients. Special recognition went to Debra Spurway, co-director for The HR Dept London City and Central, along with Remy Morland and Helen Imbusi, for their continued support throughout this journey. Thanks were also extended to Tom Doherty for his early contributions, as well as the teams across Swindon, London City, Central, and Somerset.

The HR Dept’s success over the past 15 years has been driven by a mix of collaboration, loyalty, and a genuine commitment to helping clients thrive. 

Peter and his team are excited to continue growing and making an impact for years to come.
