Please could you provide us a with a quick summary of who you are and what your business is?
Founded in 2011, Crocsec Limited provides professional security solutions in Swindon and surrounding areas.
To make sure our clients’ security needs are met, we offer a comprehensive selection of security services – including security guards, key holding and alarm response, CCTV monitoring, event security and mobile patrols. Each of our bespoke security packages is created in line with our clients’ specific needs
What inspired you to run your business here in Swindon?
Both Directors of the company have 30 year’s experience in the security industry and have lived in Swindon since 2005. Swindon was growing and was the perfect time to start our business.
Why did you choose Fig Offices for your work space?
The layout of the office was large enough with furniture that I required for my Business and had a comfortable and relaxed environment.
The office space is in a prime location and is hard and expensive for a startup, choosing such a location helps me build my business.

What do you think attracts business people to Swindon?
Swindon is an upcoming location for new businesses.
What has been your biggest achievement to date?
Starting up Crocsec Limited
What have been your key challenges and how have you overcome them?
Competencies and recruiting the right staff for specific roles have been the key challenges but have overcome them by employing professional staff who take pride in their work and of whom we have known for several years in the Security Industry.
Have Fig Offices helped you run your business smoothly? If so, how?
Fig Offices made me feel very welcome from the first visit to the setting up of my business in an office space suited for my business needs.
Your 2pm meeting has been cancelled, meaning you now have a two-hour lunch break. What do you do?
I would look at Sharpening our Selling Skills and focus on sales improvement, clarify our business mission, and determine areas where we excel and who needs what we do, to have a greater sense of vision and purpose.
What are your plans for the future?
Expanding the business and making the county a safer place to live and work.
