Local MP visits The Wyvern Tavern

Robert Buckland, MP for Swindon South, recently visited the Wyvern Tavern in Swindon to mark its official re-opening following the completion of a significant £200,000 investment in the site.

During his visit, Mr Buckland met General Manager, Peter Sadler and Area Manager, Luke Jones. He was given a tour of the venue and learnt about Stonegate's apprenticeships, training and development schemes.

During his visit, Robert Buckland MP, said: “I am very impressed with how Stonegate makes each pub individual and unique. I believe it helps create a better community feel. I think that this pub has a lot to offer to the town centre area in Swindon and I look forward to seeing it go from strength to strength.”
