Ask Italian to Open First Restaurant in Swindon

On 21st January, ASK Italian will open a brand new restaurant in the vibrant new Regent Circus retail and leisure development – the first restaurant to open there, and the first for ASK Italian in Swindon.

Experienced ASK Italian General Manager Will Glover is looking forward to opening the doors to the new restaurant, which will be open daily from 10am until late. It will offer brunch and an all-day menu of smaller dishes alongside the popular a la carte menu, all served in a relaxed dining space with open-plan kitchen area. The 142-cover restaurant will reflect the brand’s distinctive look, inspired by bold, fresh Milanese design coupled with warm foodie touches – and free wifi will be available throughout.

ASK Italian’s menu features classic Italian food created from the finest Italian-sourced ingredients – buffalo mozzarella from Campania, extra virgin olive oil made especially for ASK Italian from family olive groves in Puglia, and passata di pomodoro from Emilia Romagna. Mains feature pasta, risotto and pizza dishes – including a range of decadent fresh egg pasta dishes dressed with special ingredients from lobster to Italian Luganica sausage. There are also meat and fish dishes inspired by regional Italian specialties, including ‘pork belly porchetta’ – a Tuscan classic: slow-roasted, meaty pork belly in a herbed red wine sauce.
