National Prosecco Day Cocktails To Make At Home Yourself

Happy National Prosecco Day! To enjoy the celebratory occasion of our favourite drink, we've given you 5 easy prosecco cocktails to make at home yourself. Take a look at the delicious easy-to-make recipes below.

1. Prosecco royale 

Preparation: 5 mins

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients: Creme de Cassis, lemon juice, prosecco, blueberries, strawberries.
Mix two parts crème de cassis with 2 tbsp lemon juice. Then top up the glass with six parts prosecco. Skewer a couple of blueberries and strawberries onto a piece of thyme and place into the prosecco glass to serve. Delicious! Can we have one?

2. Pink and Tonic

Preparation: 2 mins.

Serves: 1

Ingredients: 50ml pink gin, 50ml lemonade, 25ml prosecco.
This is a super easy recipe that involves just three ingredients. Simply pour 50ml pink gin over ice into a large wine glass. Then add just 50ml lemonade, 25ml prosecco and stir. Easy to make and super refreshing. 

3. Chambord Royale

Preparation: 5 mins

Serves: 1

Ingredients: 125ml prosecco, 15ml Chambord black raspberry liqueur, 1 strawberry.

A classic prosecco cocktail, the Chambord Royale is certainly a must-have to celebrate National Prosecco Day. Make this delicious concoction quickly and easily by mixing 125ml with prosecco in a champagne flute with 15ml Chambord Black Raspberry liqueur and garnish with a single strawberry. 

4. Elderflower Bellini

Preparation: 5 mins

Serves: 1

Ingredients: 50ml apple juice, 20ml elderflower cordial, 125ml prosecco, 1 strawberry.

A classic Bellini mixed up with a refreshing elderflower and strawberry twist. To make all you need to do is grab your bottle of prosecco, fill your glass containing crushed ice up halfway and simply top up with a fruity mix of apple juice, elderflower cordial, and garnish with a strawberry.

5. Lemon Fizz

Preparation: 2 mins

Serves: 1

Ingredients: 125ml prosecco, 1 ½ tbsp limoncello, thinly sliced lemon peel

This lemon fizz prosecco cocktail can be made in seconds and is perfect to enjoy on a warm summer evening. To make, just add 1 ½ tbsp of limoncello to your glass of prosecco, stir and garnish with thinly sliced lemon peel. Easy and enjoyable.
