I was convinced that I, as the most novice of bakers, would not be able to produce the perfect loaf but to my surprise seeing the bread rise in the oven is such a wonderful sense of achievement. 

There is nothing like the smell of fresh bread baking filling the home. 

On removing from the oven our perfect loaf slid away from the box with ease. The smell was divine and the newly baked golden colour is so appealing. 

On cutting into the loaf the crust was firm and crunchy and sliced perfectly, while inside the loaf was wholesome and super fresh with a perfect texture. 

The bread was ample enough that we had plenty to spare and it was still fresh and moist a few days later. Perfect. And just like that a perfect loaf of fresh home baked bread - Absolutely Sensational! 

Bake in the box is simply magical and I will be ordering again both for myself and for friends and family. My entertaining, Friday nights and Sunday mornings will never be the same again!
