A (Chilli) Heat Wave is Coming

Following the success of last year’s Chilli Fest, inSwindon BID are hosting the event again this year at Wharf Green.

The event space will be transformed into a day of chilli mayhem from 10.30am, where the debut spicy event will host a variety of stalls including some of the best chilli producers in the country.

You can find exciting products like mild to hot Naga Masala cooking sauces, Naga Dips, Naga Chilli pizza topping, thunderous extreme chilli sauces, delicious pickles, chilli jams and scrumptious chilli chocolates and chutneys.

There will also be scrumptious chilli BBQ from the fantastic Chew Chew Chilli BBQ and to wash it all down there is exclusive chilli drinks such chilli mojito, chilli tequila beer and even chilli cider will be on offer – perfect as a unique gift for those that love flavours with a bit of a kick!

The event will be featuring some fantastic local and national food and drink traders including: Aunty Jee, Chew Chew BBQ, Cider shack, and Wiltshire Chilli Farm.

Also, if you’re an avid chilli fan, you can even take part in the ultimate ‘Clash of the Titans Chilli Eating Contest’ - a competition that is not for the faint hearted which allows contestants to take on some of the hottest chillies in the world.

For those who can’t handle too much heat the competition also provides a great deal of entertainment - so stick around for the chilli madness!
