Free Family Concert and Cream Tea at the Richard Jefferies Museum

A free family concert will be held at the Richard Jefferies museum this Sunday 21st May at 3pm. Celebrated French violinist, Claire Northey, will be headlining with her eclectic mix of world/electric music, whilst the Mulberry café will be serving cream tea at charge from 2pm - 4pm.

The concert is one of many events planned at the museum this year courtesy of a recently awarded Arts Council grant. A grant to which the museum intends to use to provide accessible culture to all who live in Swindon irrespective of age.

The Richard Jefferies museum is a wonderful space for both young and old to enjoy the outdoors with its vast gardens and orchard set in the backdrop of a seventeenth century thatched cottage. Therefore, if attending the concert or yet to visit, it is well worth the trip!
