Lydiard House Museum open their doors for the 2025 season!

Visitors can now plan their visit to the historic Lydiard House Museum, following their reopening.

Lydiard House is a striking Grade I listed building set within 260 acres of stunning historic landscape at Lydiard Park, Swindon. Its picturesque State Rooms of Lydiard House Museum have reopened their doors to the public after an annual Winter closure, this April, with a special family activity in time for the Easter holidays.

Step inside and stroll through the museum to learn about the St John family who lived at Lydiard Park for over 500 years. Discover ornate plasterwork and original family furnishings on display alongside impressive family portraits.
