Minety Music Festival 2020 - Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

We would like to thank everyone in the Minety Music Festival family for your continued support and we wanted to update you on our response to the COVID-19 outbreak, given the current period of unprecedented uncertainty and the recent Government advice and restrictions, including the availability of the emergency services, to support public events.

The health, safety and wellbeing of everyone involved in the festival (artists, traders, volunteers, crew and of course you, our aduience) is of paramount importance to us and we have been extremely concerned by the devasting impact that COVID-19 has brought the world.

Therefore, it is with the greatest regret that we have taken the decision to postpone Minety Music Festival 2020 for 12 months. The 4th Minety Music Festival will defer for one year until the 2nd -4th of July 2021. We have worked with this years' headliners, along with other bands we had already scheduled for next year's events, to ensure that our line up in 2021 will be an epic celebration of live music.

Postponing this year's festival will no doubt come as a terrible blow to our incredible crew and volunteers who work so hard to make this event happen. We had worked hard to try and proceed and are extremely conscious that this decision will have an impact on the festival's nominated charities, suppliers and traders, so it is not a decision that we have taken lightly. For this reason we are determined to make 2021 our best festival yet.

All tickets will remain fully valid for the new dates (2nd - 4th of July 2021). We really hope that you would help us, by committing to transfer your tickets to the new date and come to the party with us originally planned.

If you wish to transfer your tickets to next year, you do not need to do anything. Your tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

If you wish to receive a refund of the face value of the ticket, please email [email protected] with your name and booking reference number. A refund will be made via the payment method you used for booking. All refund requests should be submitted 30th April 2020 and we will process as quickly as possible.

We are heartbroken at having to postpone the festival, given the preparation that goes into the event from all involved. We trust you will continue to support the festival and we look forward to seeing you in 2021 for an extra special event.
