Outdoor Cinema: Sense and Sensibility (1995)

Lydiard Park, in association with Create Studios, are screening the 1995 romantic comedy ‘Sense and Sensibility’ starring Emma Thompson, Kate Winslet and Hugh Grant this July as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of Jane Austen.

The story follows the Dashwood sisters, members of a wealthy English family of landed gentry, as they must deal with circumstances of sudden destitution. They are forced to seek financial security through marriage based on Jane Austen’s 1811 novel.

Bring something to sit on and something to keep you warm, and get ready for the on-screen action. There will be food, drinks and delicious ice cream available for purchase. Come along and enjoy the summer cinema fun in beautiful surroundings!
