Snapped: Swindon Festival of Literature - Swindon Slam!

The weekend saw the Festival's annual poetry competition take place at the Arts Centre. In their three minutes on stage, the fifteen contestants tackled a huge number of topics, including ladders, cupcakes, crotches, teen speak, crutches and asteroids. Brenda Read-Brown from Tewksbury was victorious, with Dave Viney from Salford finishing close behind in second place.
