Snapped: The Big Feastival 2014

Saturday 30th - Sunday 31st of September saw Alex James' farm in the picturesque village of Kingham, Oxfordshire host The Big Feastival, its annual celebration of music and food. TGtS was there to sample the musical and culinary delights that were served up...

The Big Feastival, hosted by bass player turned cheesemaker Alex James and celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, is a foodies' heaven, with food from across the culinary spectrum, whether it's snacks like Twiglets, artisan cheeses and confectionary, or perfectly cooked lobster. With a plethora of different foods on offer, demonstrations from some of the country's most revered chefs, and kitchen appliances from sponsor AEG, the Feastival was a food festival that made sure everything food related was covered.

For those who aren't as food focused, then the Feastival also had an enviable roster of musical talent on display, with appearences from house music royalty Fatboy Slim, and Jazz genius Jamie Cullum.
