Snapped: Uffington White Horse Show 2014

Sunday 24th and Monday the 25th of August saw Uffington's famous White Horse host its annual show. TGtS was in attendance, and has some snaps to show it.

Like usual, the Uffington White Horse Show was spectacular, with a number of attractions that appealed to a multitude of people from a vintage car show, stunt aeroplane displays and helicopter rides for those who are into that, and food tents, craft & model marquees and trade stands who prefer much calmer indulgances.

The show is a fixture in the calander for many people, and it is easy to see why.

Saturday the 23rd also saw the annual Shrivenham Fete, complete with Falconry displays, a beer tent, a car boot sale, and the Highworth Silver Band also made an appearance. A smaller event maybe, but no less brilliant.
