Swindon & Cricklade Railway 40th Anniversary Gala

Join the much-loved Swindon and Cricklade Railway as they celebrate their 40th anniversary in style!

On Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th September, the Swindon and Cricklade Railway will be celebrating the first of its fortieth anniversary events.

Services start at 10:10 am.

Swindon & Cricklade Railway will have 5619, ex-Great Western tank engine, courtesy of the Telford Horsehay Steam Trust. This engine will be working alongside the resident steam engines based at the Swindon & Cricklade Railway.

Authentic Great Western steam running in the hometown of the Great Western!
