Egg-citing Easter Activities at Lotmead Farm

Lotmead Pick-Your-Own is a family-friendly activity farm just outside Swindon and they’re geared up for Easter fun this half term with plenty of fun for the whole family!

What’s on at Lotmead Farm this Easter?

To make things even more exciting, Lotmead are also hosting an Easter Trail alongside their farm park, shop, and café that will be open throughout the two-week Wiltshire Easter holidays! Lotmead Farm offers activities for children of all ages, though they are best suited for those between 2 and 12 years old. Kids can take on various challenges around the farm and receive a small treat as a reward.

Easter Trail Adventure:

Hop through the strawberry bays and take on 8 fun-filled games for kids aged 4-14, including:

1. Count the Eggs
2. Spring Toss
3. Cooking With Eggs
4. Bunny Race
5. Egg Drop
6. Easter Egg Frisbee
7. Easy Egg Count
8. Find A Treat

Entry to the Trail is included with this year’s Farm Park entry charge.

Stop by the Lotmead Shop for tasty snacks & drinks! Lotmead’s café serves:

Farm Park Play:

Visit the animals at Lotmead Farm this Easter, animal lovers big and small will adore meeting their collection of furry friends. Denzil the donkey and his trusty pal Tango the Shetland pony are itching to see you again, and come and meet their two new Alpacas, Persil and Ajax! As you climb to the top of the Strawberry Thief Trail, you might catch a glimpse of the goats or hear noisy geese!

Nearby to the animal enclosures, you can burn off any excess energy on the Strawberry Thief playground. This is a hand-crafted wooden structure provides an amazing space for children with varying levels of exciting physical challenges. Kids can explore through walkways, platforms, climbing frames, tyre tower, swing, monkey bars, maze, and giant bee! Plus, there’s lots of space to run around in.
