Free Activities On Offer at Haydon Centre Open Day

An action-packed day of free activities will be on offer at the Haydon Centre this coming Sunday.

The taster sessions available include dancing, badminton, karate, Ju Jitsu and trampolining and are aimed at all ages and abilities. There will also be activities for children such as a bouncy castle, balloon modelling, musical minis and face painting plus much more.

The Hi5 Holiday Camp, which is based at the Haydon Centre, and various parent and toddler groups, will also be in attendance.

The event at the Thames Avenue centre will run between 10am and 4pm and is supported by Swindon Sports Forum. Sessions will run throughout the day and places can be booked in advance. Booking is recommended for the various fitness classes on offer which include Body Pump, Zumba & Zumbatomic, Circuits, Body Combat and RPM.

The Swindon Borough Council-owned centre is offering annual memberships with no joining fees to everyone who attends on the day.
