Swindon's Jubilee Bank Holiday Road Closures

There will be 54 road closures in Swindon over this week’s Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday as Swindon’s residents turn out in their masses to celebrate the Queen’s 70th anniversary as the longest-serving Royal Monarch. Find out more about Swindon's Jubilee road closures below.

From street parties to bigger private events put on to celebrate the occasion, there are plenty of parties taking place across Swindon over the additional Bank Holiday weekend taking place from Thursday 2nd June to Sunday 5th June.

Swindon Borough Council confirmed that of the multitude of applications for road closures, 52 applications have been successful with many roads set to close across the Town with some roads remaining closed for the entire day.
