It's that time of year again, the month-long moustache-growing initiative that raises money for men's health charities is back!

During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces in the UK and around the world. The aim of which is to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

There are so many ways in which you can get involved, whether you're registering as a Mo Bro or Mo Sista and raising funds and awareness yourself or donating to someone you know who is participating, we've put together this (facial) hair-raising guide to help spread the message, and pass the moustache on.
