My Patch Ltd to Offer First Private Allotment Spaces in Swindon

For the first time allotment and smallholding enthusiasts will be able to rent plots of land in Swindon for their own use within 48 hours of applying thanks to a small start-up company called My Patch.

My Patch was set up by Mr A Laker who has a vision to “to encourage families to grow their own produce by providing quality allotment and smallholding space for private individuals”.

The allotment site at Hay Lane, Swindon boasts secure fencing, key fob access secure perimeter motion sensor security, water stations, free fertilizer and pallets for making raised beds.

My Patch members will further benefit by seeing 5% of raised funds going into projects decided by the community.
