Revamp your diet in autumn to boost health and immunity this winter
New healthy lifestyle course launches online next week
Nutritionist Caroline Peyton has created a two-week online course to help people kickstart their healthy eating habits as we move into the colder months. The 14 Day Autumn Reboot starts on Monday 4th October.
Caroline is a qualified nutritionist, naturopath and gut health expert with 12 years’ clinical experience. She runs her own successful practice, Peyton Principles, with clinics in The Cotswolds, Wiltshire and Swindon. She finds that this can be a tricky time of year when it comes to healthy eating.
“The long summer holidays, especially after all the lockdowns, means many people have lost their way a little health-wise,” says Caroline. “They might have gained a few pounds, or are feeling sluggish or confused over the right thing to eat. They might also be worried about their immunity as cold and flu season kicks in. This course is designed to get people back on track and going into winter with confidence.”
The Reboot includes:
- Two seven-day meal planners with options for meat-eaters, vegetarians and vegans. No more worrying about what to eat!
- Six live videos with advice and inspiration.
- Easy-to-follow modules designed to keep you motivated and on-track.
- Downloadable sheets with insights on nutrition and lifestyle.
- Expert advice from Caroline, plus a supportive online community.
The 14 Day Autumn Reboot costs £35 and Caroline is donating 50% of the proceeds from the course to Cirencester-based wellbeing charity The Churn Project.
“It’s been such a challenging 18 months for us all and I wanted to support a charity that helps the community,” she says. “The project does amazing work with isolated and vulnerable people and it’s incredible to see what they’ve achieved.”
Caroline is a founder member of the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA) a professional association for nutritional therapists. She graduated with a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy in 2009, before setting up her own practice a year later. Caroline runs clinics at Whiteway Court, The Whiteway, in Cirencester, another in Kempsford and a third in Swindon’s Old Town.
She specialises in nutritional therapy, gut and digestive issues and often advocates for health and wellbeing in the national press.
