Snapped: St George's Day 2014

inSwindon celebrated St George’s Day with a parade through Swindon town centre and a 20ft high figure of England’s Patron Saint. After the giant was blessed by a local reverend, the giant statue led a procession made up of 100 school children from Regent Street, along Canal Walk and finally into Wharf Green. Once in Wharf Green the children were be divided into four groups where they could participate in range of different activities.
