This year, runners had to contend with cool and foggy weather conditions, as well as the usual multi-terrain layout, which tests runners across a range of different, challenging surfaces, thus making 2014's race a particularly grueling affair for those taking part, but all the more rewarding when they completed it.
The British Heart Foundation have said that they, due to the influx of donations that continue to pour in, are on course to make a staggering £100,000, which is certainly quite an achievement. All in all it was a tremendous success, and we will certainly be seeing one for 2015.
