Battle Box - David Lloyd Swindon
About: Battle Box has been part of David Lloyd’s fitness class programme since 2019 and has been getting rolled out across the UK since then as outdoor functional fitness combines with obstacle-style exercises to give you a great workout. Offering four different fitness classes, Warrior, Strong, Athletic, and Play, you’ll be pushed to the limits as you work through eight stations in this intense fat-burning class.
Dance Aerobics - Better Dorcan Recreation Complex
About: If you’re a lover of dance then this new fitness class is perfect for you! Dance Aerobics combines HIIT training with upbeat music, allowing you to burn calories whilst learning a few new dance moves to try out at the weekend. With a variety of themed classes on offer, you’ll twist, turn, shake, and jump to the beat, and burning an average 550 calories per hour, what more could you want!
Aqua Aerobics - Better Dorcan Recreation Complex
