T2 Fitness Founder Launches Podcast Interview Series
T2 Fitness Founder and Managing Director, Stu Gatherum has launched a series of interviews with local Sports people, Fitness Experts and Entrepreneurs, which are being released as Podcasts.
With the foundations of T2 being really solid with a committed team and huge popularity within the fitness education industry, Stu decided to put his business experience, passion for fitness and love of digital media together and create the series of Podcasts.
Stu told us "I'm really fortunate that my business leads me to meet such a diverse mix of awesome and inspiring people. I know that in this industry, or any industry in fact, people are busy but still have a hunger to learn and indenttify with like minded people. I try and maximise every minute of the day and when I'm driving to and from client visits, I always listen to Podcasts. The real life stories of people that are pushing hard to be the best they can be and what really interest me. I have many contacts so I thought why not launch a Podcast series myself and now we have our first series rolling out".
The first series launched on 1 Dec 2018 and Stu will be drip feeding the editions throughout the month.
Total Guide to's very own Liz Ledger features in the series. Having worked with Stu over a number of years, Liz was invited as a guest as, as well as running the business and being a fitness addict (competing in local 10ks, Half Marathons and Triathlon's), Liz has a 14 month old and still exercises so Stu wanted to pick her brains on how she juggles and prioritises.
Fellow guests include:
- Adam Bentley a T2 Graduate owns his own gym
- Danny Day - T2 Graduate turned tutor and top selling David Lloyd PT in the region (top 10 in Europe)
- Luke Watkins - T2 Elite athlete. Former commonwealth and Irish cruiserweight champion
