SOUTH-WEST ESTATE MANAGEMENT ENTREPRENEUR SHORTLISTED FOR PROPERTY AWARD
The hugely successful block-management firm, Fraser Allen Estate Management, which was founded and built by South West entrepreneur Jodie Fraser, has been shortlisted for a prestigious specialist property award.
The Insider South West Residential Property Awards, in which Fraser Allen has been shortlisted for Residential Operator of the Year, and has become known for recognising entrepreneurial ambition and rewarding excellence in the field. The awards are organised by Insider Media Limited and sponsored by Cambridge and Counties Bank, and the well-known housebuilder, Lovell. Jodie Fraser says she is thrilled to be shortlisted.
“I’m absolutely delighted to be short-listed for an Insider South-West Residential Property Award, especially in the category of Residential Operator of the Year,” said Jodie. “All the team at Fraser Allen work so hard to make sure the people who live in the buildings we manage experience the property as their home, not just a place to live, and it’s our priority to ensure they feel safe, secure and valued at all times. We’re humbled, therefore, to have been recognised in this way by the Insider awards.”
The Residential Operator of the Year Award recognises outstanding customer service and property management strategies that “improve the experience of both tenants and landlords,” according to the Award’s organisers. In their category, Fraser Allen are alongside Cornwall-based property management company, Brooks Estates; and lettings management firm, KPA Property Limited.
The shortlisting for Fraser Allen comes hot on the heels of a string of esteemed award nominations and wins for Jodie and her team over the last three years, including the South-West Business Awards, the South-West Property Awards, the SME News Business Elite Awards and the Bristol Life Awards.
Entrepreneur and mum Jodie founded Fraser Allen Estate Management in 2016. Under her management it has become an outstanding residential block-management company, operating across the Cotswolds and the South West.
The company is also a staunch supporter of the local community and Jodie is corporate ambassador for the Hollie Gazzard Trust, a Gloucester-based charity that helps protect women and girls from domestic abuse and provides education on the topic and surrounding issues across schools in the UK. Jodie says being shortlisted for Residential Operator of the Year is testament to the work the whole team put in on a day-to-day basis and the culture of Fraser Allen as a whole.
“A company’s biggest asset really is its people, and I am incredibly privileged to have such a supportive, professional and caring team around me,” said Jodie. “I set up the company in 2016 with the goal of providing a service that goes above and beyond. I wanted to manage properties not as buildings, but as homes with people in them who need to be respected, cared about and protected. My team help me live that ambition every single day and I’m really proud of what we all achieve together and what we continue to build.”
The winners of the Insider South-West Residential Property Awards 2024 will be announced at an exclusive black-tie event at Sandy Park near Exeter on Thursday 18th April.
