Janet Shreeve of Shreeve Care Services is looking forward to 2024!
January is in full swing and we’ve been talking to small businesses about their plans for 2024.
Today we’re talking to Janet Shreeve who is director of Shreeve Care Services. They provide business development to care providers, advice to clients looking for care options and they also provide a bidding service to get on to frameworks. Janet is sharing with us what the year will bring for her company.
What big things are you looking forward to in 2024?
I am looking forward to developing my advice service as to what different types of care are available to people. This is the area I am keen to focus on in 2024. I am also planning to spend more time in Italy – that is my ultimate goal as working as I do can be from anywhere.
Can you share your business ethics for 2024? How do you want your brand to come across?
I want my brand to be seen as an excellent and supportive service. I recently had a compliment thanking me for my advice, patience and support which is what I aim to be known for.
What are you planning to do differently, or to do better, in 2024?
I have a lot of plans for 2024 including:
- Developing my website so that it’s more appropriate and relevant to the my company.
- I’m working with Fraser Allen Estate Management to look at different ways that care and block management can be relevant together.
- I’m working to develop two of my care providers business in a more dynamic way.
What are you doing for charity or community this year?
As I work a lot with different communities and the care sector this is already a big part of what I do. I would like to look at organising a network that focuses more on care – not just providers but mental health, looking after ourselves etc.
There are multiple ‘awareness’ days & weeks & months in January 2024. Could you pick just one and say why you’ll be engaging with it?
On 27th January it is Parent Mental Health Day – I will be mentioning this on my social media and ways in which this needs to be recognised.
On 22nd January it was the Community Manager Day and I would like to recognise those who work in the community in whatever sector is appropriate.
Any special offers for January or February 2024 you’d like to mention?
I will be offering a 15-minute free call to anyone who would like to discuss care requirements and options as to how we can help. You can book this by emailing me on [email protected]
Anything else you’d like to say?
I will be continuing with my podcast which will continue to look at many different ways in which care is used. You can find it at https://open.spotify.com/show/0UJ8OdBbXTsHR4Oa29Ar2w or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
