Katie from Responsive Personnel explains why 2023 is going to be exciting

Today we’re talking to Kelly who works with Responsive Personnel. Kelly has recently immigrated to the United Kingdom from South Africa and is sharing with us what’s coming up for her in 2023.

There are so many things happening which are going to make 2023 exciting but my top reason is that moving here has given me the opportunity to work in the recruitment sector and it’s opened so many new doors for me. It’s given me the chance to meet new people which I believe is a MUST wen you are new to any area.

Recruitment has allowed me to meet people from all walks of life and this includes my colleagues, our clients who are recruiting and the candidates that apply for those jobs.

No that we have set new targets for the year I’ve given myself the ‘personal push’ needed to achieve those targets by matching the newly met candidates with the correct clients. I’ve learnt that it’s important to me that both sides of the recruitment industry are smiling at the end of the day. Helping people to find new jobs and clients to find new staff members certainly keeps me smiling everyday!
