Rob Curtis, of the Pursuit Agency, has a reason to celebrate this month!

It’s July which is the second summer month and one which has a real sporty feel – including the Wimbledon, British Open Golf and the Tour de France!

Today, Rob Curtis, founder of the Pursuit Agency is telling us what’s coming up for him. The Pursuit Agency is a digital marketing agency based in Workshed, Swindon.

What are your plans for July in your business?
We’ve got a busy month ahead of us including being a judge for the Big Business Day & Inter-school Enterprise Competition with the Platform Project on July 11th. There will be over 100 students signed up from varying secondary schools in Swindon.

We’re also looking forward to exhibiting at the Great British Expos in Swindon on July 17th.

Does July hold any particular significance for you or your business?
On July 4th, we’re celebrating our 2nd birthday at the Pursuit Agency. It’s been an incredible two years, with the team growing from just me to six!

Do you like sport? Do any sporting tournaments or events stand out for you this month or coming up?
We couldn’t not talk about the Euros! Come on England!!! For myself, I’m running the Bournemouth half marathon in October to raise money for Best Mates Charity.

On a much lighter note, July 17 is World Emoji Day and this often trends on social media. What do you think of emojis? Do you use them?
I think there can only be one for me! ?? ??

Can you name one business you’d like to give a summer shout out too? Who has gone the extra mile for you recently?
Our friends at H2 creative, they are incredible designers and developers, and as we celebrate our 2nd birthday, the support and guidance, Paul, Rachael and Paul have given me over the past few years has been incredible, a huge thank you! https://www.h2.co.uk/

If you haven’t been, head over to the Pennycress, a stunning café in South Cerney. Cal and Danny are so welcoming, a great space to relax and enjoy some peace in a beautiful village!

Are you raising money for charity or volunteering this month in any way? If so, how are you raising that money?
