September has been busy for Jamie Martin of Correct Careers Coaching

It’s the end of September and the weather has got colder. We’re talking to small businesses about what’s coming up for their business in the last few months of the year.

Today we’re talking to Jamie Martin who is the Managing Director and Founder of Correct Careers Coaching, Modern Sales Training and Sales Strategy Business.

Correct Careers Coaching delivers modern sales training (full sales cycle) including social media marketing/prospecting, lead generation, new business conversion, client relationship management, negotiation, as well as our own pioneering programme - sales psychology.

As well as helping streamline business sales strategy - enhancing a strategic approach to selling, resources, developing employees' sales skills, ICT/materials utilised during the sales process, etc.

What’s been happening for your business in September?
This month I’ve had a LinkedIn workshop, I spoke at the TGT event and held a collaboration workshop regarding social media linguistics.

September is also known as ‘organic’ month – do you shop, dress, or behave with green ethics in mind?
I am very aware of this, and I certainly make sure I eat organically.

This month was World Gratitude Day takes place – what are you grateful for at the moment?
I am very grateful to still be running a business especially since covid.

What are your hopes for business for the rest of this year?

• To work with more clients globally.
• To collaborate more with businesses regarding strategic partnerships
• To continue the progression of my E-Learning Sales Training course.

We are dealing with a lot of messages around ‘bad’ news such as the rising cost of living, inflation rising and interest rates rising. How are you keeping positive – what tips can you share with others?
Have a good morning routine – I recommend the Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. It puts you in a great mindset for the day to overcome any situation.
