Brandon Ormonde-Ottewill, Brad Barry, Jordan Stewart and Jamie Sendles-White will all have to find new clubs when their contract at Swindon expires on June 30.
All four players had options in their contract that allowed them to be extended by a further year, but that has only been taken up on midfielder Iandolo, who made six appearances for Swindon this season in all competitions, scoring one goal, in the EFL Trophy.
It means Iandolo will be contracted to Swindon until the end of the 2017-18 season, which will see the Robins in League Two for the first time since 2011.
Posting on Twitter following the announcement, Iandolo said: "Pleased to be given another year at (Swindon Town). Look forward to having some time off to rest and come back ready for season ahead."
Jordan Stewart leaves two years after signing from Northern Irish side Glentoran for an undisclosed fee while Ormonde-Ottewill has departed after making over 50 appearances for Swindon.
Sendles-White signed in January 2016 and made a positive impact, but cruelly had his season ended in September last year by an ACL injury and has not been offered a new deal while he continues his rehab.
Barry signed on a free transfer in 2015 and the right-back scored one goal for Swindon, in a 1-0 win over Port Vale, during his time in Wiltshire which saw him play 58 league games.
Other out-of-contract players such as Nathan Thompson, Jon Obika and Yaser Kasim have not had their futures officially released yet.
