It was a bizarre match for Guiseley, they had not won all season then went and demolished recently-relegated York City 6-1.
The game was also delayed by over half an hour due to floodlight failure just before the half-time whistle.
Hylton, wearing number 30 for his new club, set up fellow debutant Jake Cassidy for the hosts' first goal before he dazzled his way past the York right-back to tee up Alex Purver for the second of his two goals.
Swindon's loaned out striker got a goal of his own 10 minutes into the second half after breaking away from the York defence and then he only had the keeper to beat, which he did do with ease.
Hylton will be a Guiseley player until January 1, 2017, then he will return to the County Ground.

Enjoyed my debut with @GuiseleyAFC tonight, was a great performance from the lads, well deserved 3 points! Feels good to get some minutes.
