Luke Williams pleased to see Brad Barry off the mark

Swindon manager Luke Williams claims Brad Barry "deserved" his first senior goal against Port Vale on Saturday due to all the work the right-back has put in.

"He has deserved that and it has been coming for a while," Williams said.

"Darnell (Furlong) has come in and scored and been awarded a penalty so I feel that maybe Bradley feels a little bit of pressure now that he has got to be involved in the goalmouth action and he has done that today.

"(James) Brophy of course got off the mark at QPR, coming in on his right foot, so it is great to have an extra threat from the wide area and the boys feel confident enough that they can go and score."
