Malasinski sweeps up in Swindon Wildcats end of season awards
They may have been narrowly edged out of the play-offs by Guildford Flames, but Swindon Wildcats were determined to end the season on a high. The club capped off their campaign in style with the annual Supporters' Club awards, an event in which a certain Polish international stole the show.
Import Tomasz Malasinski has been in fine form during the EPL season, leading the Cats from the front and scoring pivotal and often match-winning goals.
And the Polish international's fine form was duly noted by the club's loyal supporters' club, who awarded the number 89 both Supporters' Club Forward of the Year and Supporters' Club Player of the Year.

It was a Malasinski brace, including a last minute winner, which saw the Wildcats travel to Guildford during the play-off weekend with a slender 2-1 advantage.
Sadly it wasn't to be for Nell's men, who lost the return leg 2-0 and saw their hopes of progressing to Coventry dashed. Malasinski's strikes however further cementing himself in the hearts of the Swindon Wildcats' faithful.
